Infuzions is…
Food Fuzion is defined as “combining widely differing ethnic or regional ingredients, styles and techniques.”  That definition is the inspiration behind our high energy infused restaurant.  We are located just over the Ravenel Bridge, the gateway to historic downtown Charleston, in the beautiful city of Mt. Pleasant.  Just miles from the beaches, Infuzions sits overlooking Shem Creek, home of the Charleston Shrimp Boat Fleet.  The views from our windows and deck offer restaurants, shops, and cafes on one end while local wildlife and a picturesque inlet reside on the other. With a great atmosphere and an enthusiastic staff, Infuzions is the new hot spot of Low Country.

Décor
The inviting ambience at Infuzions will enhance your experience as you take notice of the many unique decorations placed artfully throughout the restaurant.  We attempted to create an atmosphere that is pleasurable and memorable. We use very warm but neutral colors for a relaxing time.  In addition to the restaurant we have a beautiful rooftop bar with an amazing view of Shem Creek.  The view is especially beautiful at night. 

Cuisine
We describe ourselves as a “unique fusion cuisine and sushi bar with zest!”  The sushi bar takes advantage of the fresh local shrimp and fish of Charleston.  We also feature exclusive signature Infuzed rolls with chicken, steak and vegetables.  By creating a fusion sushi menu that incorporates so many different ingredients there truly is a roll for everyone.  The fusion cuisine that we created is influenced by Asian, Caribbean, American and Indian culture.  With the combinations of traditional ingredients and styles we believe that we have developed a truly delightful menu.  We’ve already heard rave reviews about our sushi, kabobs, satays and pulled chicken!
